Well that's al-arm-ing. DohohoHOHOHOHO–*shot*

I'm very sorry for missing Monday's update! Updating twice a week is more complicated than I anticipated...

And unfortunately, there will be no page this coming Monday (March 24). I'll be out of town over the weekend, so I won't have access to my comic things. But we'll be right back on track next Friday!

In other news, I received some wonderful fanart from Chris-Tar, author and artist of Check it out! Thank you, Chris-tar. :D

See you next Friday~!

Looks like Locke could use a HAND. D: BA-DUM-PSH. (Sorry. Yours was way better, but I couldn't help myself either. XD)

21st Mar 2014, 1:13 PM

21st Mar 2014, 1:36 PM

Well that's ONE solution. Honestly they probably should have tried that in the first place.

21st Mar 2014, 1:58 PM

well this dude quickly fell into complete dick territory at record speed. 8I save a girl, but then laugh as you cut off limbs just to put the alignment back to neutral.

21st Mar 2014, 1:59 PM

Fortunatly for Locke, he keeps a steady supply of evil duct tape in his pocket.

21st Mar 2014, 1:59 PM

Madoc had no choice but to disARM Locke.

21st Mar 2014, 2:20 PM

You beat me to it you magnificent bastard.

@Madoc: When your opponent still has dark magic flowing from their stump, that is not all

21st Mar 2014, 10:05 PM

Give the man a hand!

21st Mar 2014, 11:26 PM

Well that was a cool ending to the comic. So now they all retire happily with Madoc having saved Oralee and invented anti-evil arm surgery?

21st Mar 2014, 2:27 PM

Locke sure looks up in arms. Maybe he could use a hand, it might help him get a grip on the situation. Hopefully Oralee can shoulder this trauma.

21st Mar 2014, 2:28 PM

Madoc should sell knives door to door once this assassin gig is over.

21st Mar 2014, 3:03 PM

I should really sign in before commenting.

21st Mar 2014, 3:04 PM

WELL.. that was unexpected!

21st Mar 2014, 3:18 PM

Just got up to date with the story :3 can't wait for more!

21st Mar 2014, 3:25 PM

The arm's about to go all Evil Dead 2 on them.
Hope they brought a wastebasket!

21st Mar 2014, 3:57 PM

Wow! Thanks for posting my fan art! I must say I totally overestimated the power of Locke's black magic arm! Lol. Instead of catching Madoc's sword, his arm gets cut off by it! Unexpected! Madoc's Uberness has further been established. I love a story I can't anticipate. What will happen next!?! So many possibilities! Locke's black energy could coalesce into a new arm perhaps? Or maybe Madoc will cut Locke in half right down the middle and be done with it! Lol. Perhaps Locke's dream girl the fire lady will finally make an appearance and intervene? Or maybe Renatta or Oralee will intervene? I could go on. Great update!

21st Mar 2014, 4:00 PM

OMG - Madoc lika boss!

21st Mar 2014, 4:32 PM

Aw, now all the eldritch will leak out...

21st Mar 2014, 4:53 PM

This entire page is epic.

21st Mar 2014, 6:33 PM

Okay, let's face it:
After getting your arm cut off, magical dark powers (which will likely fix it) can actually come in pretty HANDY.

21st Mar 2014, 7:55 PM

Dude! When you go all Dark Phoenix, you're NOT supposed to get diced by some guy with a sword! Locke you're embarrassing!

21st Mar 2014, 11:32 PM

ahahahhhahahahahhahahah alarming! XD

22nd Mar 2014, 3:22 AM

....Uuuuuuummmmmm.....I wasnt expecting that....um. yah I did what oralle did. Uumm.... gonna go cry mysekf to sleep......That face thou. Madoc, I know your after locke, and I know you saved orale, but come on. Did you really have to cut it off. I bet it grows back. MUHAHAHAHAHA

22nd Mar 2014, 7:32 PM

Well, it looks like Locke has been *puts on sunglasses* disarmed.

How many swords does Madoc HAVE?! I see four on him as well as that bone looking...thing.

23rd Mar 2014, 2:28 PM

... dude.

3rd Apr 2014, 2:00 PM

Ya. Dark powers will grow it back I bet. But still...

Enjoy the trip!

7th Apr 2014, 9:17 PM

Is there an RSS feed for this comic?

10th Apr 2014, 10:35 PM

... Did someone actually shoot Kristy for that pun?

Because that would be very uncool.

16th Apr 2014, 5:33 AM

...That looks painful.

20th Apr 2014, 3:35 PM

Still alive?

26th Apr 2014, 12:37 AM

Your fans are still worrying about you.

If you can't update us on Locke's status, please let us know that Kristy's OK -- that's a lot more important.

27th Apr 2014, 8:39 PM

Right now I'm worrying that something horrible might have happened to Kristy, or that she's one of those artists that ignores the fans until they go away rather than post a hiatus status update. Most people swing towards the latter after a few months. Simply not knowing is 100 times worse then a permanent hiatus announcement.

Believe it or not, most of us "get it". S*** happens in life, all of us who live in the real world go through it.Usually when those unfortunate events occur they demand our immediate attention so we drop our side projects to deal with it. Most of us will understand any announcement you might make, those that aren't haven't been in the real world long enough to understand or are just a**hats.

28th Apr 2014, 10:38 PM

I'm guessing if something horrible happened to Kristy, those of us who know her beyond this page would have heard something more substantial.

And based on what we know of Kristy, I highly, highly doubt that she's in hiding hoping that we all go away.

I will be patient, and maintain the faith in our esteemed artist.

30th Apr 2014, 5:58 AM

"Something horrible" isn't exactly the sort of problem I was worrying about.

But to take one possibility out of many as an example: if she's having a crisis of confidence as an artist, well, we diehard fans will keep on checking her page daily for an update (art OR comments; I really can't say which I enjoy more).

And she deserves to know we're out here.

On the other hand, she could be distracted by wonderful events in her life, or a big job that will pay the bills.

Either way; I'm camping out right here. I guess you could call it "being patient" and "having faith in our esteemed artist".

Or maybe "impatient anticipation of her eventual return."

Kristy doesn't owe us anything, of course! On the contrary, we owe her our appreciation, for her wit, the story so far ... and the story yet to come.

3rd May 2014, 12:07 AM

Perhaps, 2 minute status update would be appreciated though.

4th May 2014, 2:27 AM

Well said.

7th May 2014, 2:04 PM

great work and colors

3rd May 2014, 10:25 AM

Life's gonna be a bitch with one less hand..
