@JessieJess: Yes indeed! :O The way the plates overlap might have given it the bendy..ness of cloth at certain points, so it's understandable if it was confusing.

By the way, I saw this page when browsing TVTropes one day.

At the time, I wasn't active on ComicFury, so I saw the name "Wake the Sleepers", and I was like, "Dang it, I know that name, why does it sound so familiar?!?" After clicking the link, I was like, "Oh. WHY THE HECK DIDN'T I REMEMBER WAKE THE SLEEPERS?!?" :P

I was so ashamed that I had forgotten. :P

Your work is just far too memorable. :D
